Renovation work on Wolfgang-Heinze-Str. 28, originally built in 1884, began in 2022 and was completed in 2025. The rent is now EUR 13.50 per square meter (archive), which is relatively high for the area. In October 2025 it was vandalized by anti-gentrification activists (LVZ articles 2025-10-04 archive, and 2025-10-08 archive).
